The attendant loves to upsell, so if I ever go back I will just ask for a wash lower than what I want and go with his upsell so he is happy. The quality of the wash isn't great for the price they charge

Did a fantastic job of my car today after it had been parked under a tree for a month. Got me to park up a couple of times whilst they treated it, they were determined to leave me with a clean car ??

Advertising prices they won't sell you. Asked for the £5 Eco wash from the board and was told they won't do it and I need to pick something more expensive. Minimum £6:50. This has happened 3 times now. Very rude when I asked them why. Ended up reversing out. Won't be going back.

Ripped off!! Asked for a £30 valet which they said they couldn?t do so I paid for the £19 car wash. Just before going through the operator said go on I can do valet

So prices have gone up. No surprise. However, they have refitted the whole place. The vacuums now accept contactless payment which is great because there's were loads of times that often I was not able to use the vacuums because I didn't have any cash and the wash is really good. However, I find with my car if I go above total wax it leaves like spots on the paintwork.

Not the nest and not good value for money. I visited today and the guy tried to upsell the Eco plus which is understandable but then one of the main overhead rollers wasn't working . The quality of the clean is not worth the high prices they charge .

It has been refurbished recently, and the prices jacked up. The £5 triple foam is now £8! And it's not worth it. The rotating towels at the end were not working, so I couldn't see through the windscreen when leaving without using the wipers and causing streaks. Upon inspection, when I got home, my car was a mess. Completely missed sections of my car and dried on dirty water spots.

This afternoon I tried the Ceramic XTR option expecting great things for £18. I was very disappointed, the rear tailgate was still quite dirty on completion bearing in mind I has only washed the car earlier this week. I have emailed IMO customer service and waiting a response. Summary?..not worth the £4 basic let alone £18.

Not impressed. Thus has recently been refurbished. Taken two cars through. First car was an estate, used the triple foam program. Did not clean the space below the roof rails. Second car was an SUV. After spending £10 on a program, the car still had streaks on the bodywork. Will not be using IMO car wash again. Very poor.
