Nice friendly co-op convenience store with a small but decent range of fresh frozen and cupboard staples. Plenty of booze available and a pay point which is useful for paying bills or money onto your Monzo account etc.
The staff have always been professional, polite and friendly towards me.
Prices are convenience store levels, so bargains aren't to be found.

8/3/25.. booked a delivery eith just eat ...5minutes before delivery was due the order got cancelled! Phoned up the store...my items were sitting in the shop ..they couldn't get a driver. I'm in a wheelchair no way I could of picked it up. No other option suggested or 9ffered by the store worker! £15 out of pocket and no shopping..disgraceful!

Great when you can?t go to the shops due to health issues so order off uber eats for convenience to be able to get some bits in that were needed for the staff to pick everything thats pretty much going out of date tomorrow.! Actually really annoyed at this especially when you expect atleast a few days on items before expiry. Things going out the next day should be discounted as they?re pretty much useless at that point. Staff should pick orders like it was their own looking for slightly better dates especially when paying more for items just to be delivered. Dates are always shocking at this store even when I go in person? Won?t be using again for online or in person shopping.! Thanks for my usless items ??

Used to think the Co-op had real world values but that TV advert with the donut is kinda mocking the customers, making out we are stupid for not wanting to share our shopping data with `selected' partners. Two-tier pricing by any supermarket should be illegal, it's a tax on privacy basically.

WOW, just been here made a purchase and asked if I cud change 2 pound coins for a two pound coin for the tooth fairy as my daughters tooth has come out, and he point blank said no, the tall thin lanky prxxx

Absymal customer service. One of the rudest front facing members of staff I've ever has the displeasure of being served by in a shop. Complete disinterest, no please or thank you. A basic lack of manners that most five year olds would have. This can all be PROVEN as the staff member in question was wearing a camera attached to a lanyard. If anyone from the CO-OP wants to know the time and date of this interaction to verify, please feel free to contact me. AVOID this shop. David Carlton.
