The pharmacists have no knowledge. I went in on 18.05.24 with extremely painful white spots on my tongue. Upon telling the pharmacist i thought i had oral herpes, I got told I had ?burning mouth syndrome?. I got told to drink more water for the pain?.??? I went to an out of hours doctor later that night who confirmed I did have oral herpes. It felt Like the pharmacist i saw did not consider how I felt or what I thought. The pharmacist had to google photos and symptoms of things (which I could?ve done at home) to see what was wrong. really unprofessional and strange they didn?t recognise something so common. If i had just taken the pain killers I got and didn?t go to the doctors, this would?ve lasted weeks longer.

Visited this pharmacy this morning looking for a medication that's out of stock everywhere else, and although they did not have it in stock (manufacturing issue). Both the assistant and the pharmacist went above and beyond to help me find the medication elsewhere, tried to order it in and gave me advice which is a lot more than what I got from the other 4 pharmacies I rang including my own!

Phoned pharmacy over items missing from prescription and also phoned asda 11 time today no answers why have a phone number if no one answers .

Was phoning to check stock of an item before I brought my prescription in, no answer I rang several times and let it ring a long time each time. They did have my item so no harm done but they should also answer their phone!
