Would avoid for parcel drop offs, never have any labels and disorganised not ordering labels in plenty of time before run out for weeks on end and rude unhelpful attitude twice when I've carried large parcels twenty mins and wouldn't allow me to leave it in shop until nipped library to print off a label so guess what yet again I had to walk another twenty mins. Not first occasion. Shouldn't be a be a drop off shop if can't provide a decent regular service V unfriendly member of staff shame to let team down cos rest of staff are ok.but avoid one of grey old lady. She does not care and not welcoming

A real gem of a shop the staff are so friendly and helpful. Lots of good buys and a lot cheaper than a lot of other shops a real heart of the community.

Been going to Spar for years and seen many staff come and go, most of them are friendly and happy to help but you do get the odd one that seem to be there for the money and have no ppl skills. Like most Spars it's a little but more expensive for most products then it is at asda and tesco.

Do not, i repeat DO NOT use this Spar for click and collect for online purchases. The staff are not trained to process the orders, and so you will not receive a collection code to pick up your item.I went in with the Royal Mail tracking to show them my parcel had arrived and that i hadn't received a collection code from them, they just told me they didn't have it. After a couple of minutes they reluctantly got the security guard to check for it in the back and he said he couldn't find it.I made a online complaint to Spar customer services and they are looking into this for me. Then i get a email from Mark Cleary 'Manager/Supervisor' at this Spar. I quote: "Hi in response to your complaint this store is not a post office and we have no contract with Royal Mail for the the delivery or collection of parcelsThanksMarkThis Spar 'and every other Spar' are enrolled in HubBox Click & Collect!Not only did i show them the tracking on the Royal Mail website that it was delivered to them on Saturday afternoon, there is also a photo showing it at the tills! I showed them all of this but to no avail. In this day and age, this is totally unacceptable ?

No one wearing masks.. no social distancing... i liked to pop in now and again was convenient but last 2 times i have hardly anyone wearing masks including staff. people stood about chatting.
No wonder we are in tier 3... people flout the rules but you would think that responsible business owners would take the health and safety of their staff and customers very seriously but obviously Spar Hindley dont.
