Absolutely no point in having a contact number for this store, don't even bother trying to contact them by using it, just spend over 2 minutes selecting options, only to be fobbed off by an automated voice & then disconnected.

Went to asda today (sunday) at hindley,where do I start the staff where very helpful there was a member of staff called Jo what a great help she was she couldn't do enough for me,she is an asset to your company.thanks dean

Staff very friendly

Will not be using this store again. Staff on the till would not serve me unless I bought cigarettes or lottery. Told me I have to use self service till. Left my shopping at the till and won't be back.

Gone SO downhill this last year or so . Replaced all the best staff . No atmosphere, too expensive . Much dearer than a few other supermarkets . I actually laugh at how ridiculous the prices are compared to others . Be careful if you're rushing & always check your receipt. Unfortunately, sometimes you dont have time. They've charged me twice for items so many times either purposely or just not concentrating. Used to like it in here & spend a lot but now I only go if I absolutely have to because its nearer than others. Theres a few staff there now who are totally incompetent . Lots of staff changes since lockdown & not for the better. Needs a shake up & better leadership .
