The asian guy provided a good service, not sure what was wrong with the other one. He looked very upset and was giving hard time to my brother while he was deciding on the salad options and sauces. Very unapprochable, rude, and unfriendly attitude

Staples were used to close the bag, I accidentally pricked my thumb while trying to open it. They didn't use boxes for the subs and put them next to the drinks, meaning they were loosely wrapped and sauce seeped out onto everything while they were being made soggy by the condensation from the bottles. A combination of everything lead to finding a staple on one of the subs, which if I wasn't being skeptical by that point, may have been swallowed.Incompetence has no place in the food industry.

Wood inside the food and have done no due diligence just say they don't use wood in store what about your suppliers? Absolutely appalling the way this complaint got dealt with. Passed onto environmental health.

Quaint little store with 2 tables for indoor seating. Food is always spot on here. Staff are very jolly and set a good atmosphere. Plenty of free parking. Lots of shops about to make this subway a great spot to grab a snack or complete lunch.

Why advertise closure at 8pm if you?re shutting at 7!!!! 2 nights in a row. Lazy incompetent staff which are on their phones 24/7 should be sacked absolutely useless

Absolutely shocking service ce at half past seven looked closed even tho advertised till 8pm. She had clearly already cashed up ready for an yearly finish as only card was available also wouldn't toast a sandwich as she had cleaned up as a customer her demeener and customer service leftuch to be desired.Absolute shocking service no option for zero or even half a star.Would definitely not recommend after 2 pm as they may shut and clean early so you can't get what subway specifically offer hot food.

Staff members are lovely, make mine and my apprentices days when we come in, so polite and well mannered always go the extra mile with our orders to ensure its exactly what we want, food always piping hot and lovely, by far the best subway in Manchester, I travel from Moston every day to come and get some grub, great team keep going
