I have recently joined this practice and I am very impressed. I would like to say massive thank you to all the staff especially Dr Jude. She goes above and beyond for her patients. I have also had a chat with Fawaad who has also been extremely helpfull.

Had a call today from Fawaad - deals with pharmacy items for the surgery. He wanted to review the medication I had been on. He was so professional and personable- and instilled in me that if my conditon worsened to contact the practice. I have read the reviews on file and can honestly say I have never had problems with the surgery when needing to speak to someone. People have different expectations and we are in a different world since covid.....

Shocking surgery, went in for a mental health crisis, and all they did was up mirtazepine to 30mg, and left me to deal with things until the home based treatment team are involved

Simply terrible with the useless phone appointment system that is not practical for working people as you need all day for a single appointment as you ring at 8am and could get your phone appointment at 3pm as I did and got a locum who wasn't very good as did not know me and I feel I could have done with a physical examination

Myself and my family have been with this doctors forever. I am completely fed up with how you are spoken to. Front of house (apart from Lucy) have no empathy, unhelpful, they are rude and make it extremely hard work and distressing to book an appointment. You cant pass a message onto the Doctor and they make it difficult to get an appointment. They have given me incorrect blood results on two separate occasions. The Head Dr i used to speak highly of but since his attitude towards my dying mum and again lack of empathy he has gone down in my estimations. He was rude to me about not reading a sign on his door which states if you have more than one more issues tell the receptionist. There is no sense of care from any of the team apart from Dr Azad, Dr Jude, the staff nurses and Lucy who makes a show of them all. In my Opinion you should not be in the HeathCARE industry if you actually don't care.

Lucy is an amazein receptionist goes out of her way to do her best especially for people with mental health who have anxiety and find it hard to phone reception she makes it so much easier x

This place is a joke u ring at 8 and get get though for hours like we don?t have anything better to do than wait around to not get an appointment! This place makes me want to kill my self well done very good doctors!

What a circus this place is. Had to transfer my 87yr old mother who is in care to another practice .Due to the inconsiderate doctor, she was under who couldn't give a dam for the elderly.

I am a practicing midwife and have worked for the NHS for 36 years and every interaction I have with this practice leaves me frustrated and disappointed with their service. With their archaic and utterly unworkable booking system, it?s all but impossible for working people to book an appointment or have accesss to GP care and as a result of such inefficiency within a community service, it is completely unsurprising that our A&E services are at breaking point! One particular receptionist is most definitely not who any service would wish to have ?front of house? with her rude, robotic and utter unacceptable attitude. Wake up Longford St and ensure your service is fit for purpose!

I have had a very bad experience with this surgery. First I was misdiagnosed with a bladder infection when in fact I had a urinary tract infection and I had to wait weeks for appropriate treatment in pain I might add. Secondly both me and my daughter needed blood tests and on two occasions they allowed her blood to dry up making her do it three times, I went for one and yet again it dried up and I had to go again, this time I was seven minutes late and they said I would have to make a new appointment. I was only there because they ruined my first sample and not to mention on my first trip I waited a good ten minutes over my appointment time before being seen. I guess it is OK when they run over just not us. The big one that I am really annoyed about is I was put on medication with a very serious side affect, I only found this out when I looked it up. i rang the doctors and was told "yes that is correct that is a side affect, would you like a new medication?" At no point was I talked to about said side effect that is arguably worse than what I went to be treated for. Totally disappointed with my experience and I am not someone who is even at the doctors much so I dread to think how people with more consistent problems feel, I guess that explains the very poor reviews.

Bad experience with this practice. Communication is so bad here. Waited all day for a dr to ring. Receptionist told me one thing, (which then didn't happen) Dr told me something different. Not sure why its is so bad..Really needs to be managed better. Its not like they are dealing with face to face patients all day. If I ran this practice I would be ashamed of the ratings it gets.
