Have used la pizza regularly over the last 15-20 years, the website is slow and outdated and doesn?t always show selections made?.ordered kebab with onions and yoghurt sauce as usual, they sent with no sauce when I called to ask them to bring some they said no you didn?t put it in the comments. I said no because the box was ticked for yoghurt sauce they said no it isn?t there, I have even gone back on the website as if I?m ordering it again to make sure it wasn?t my error and after ticking the two boxes one for onion and one for yoghurt sauce, in my basket it only shows onion which is obviously a website error. Have had it come with no sauce before so usually order a tub of yoghurt sauce to save having a dry meal but when you pay extra they seem to manage to put it on the kebab so you don?t need the tub? was met with an argumentative attitude on the phone and general lack of customer service as mentioned in many previous reviews. Super disappointing after being a regular customer for such a long time so will take our custom else where in future.

DONT DESERVE 1 STAR!!!
No option online to have sauce separate!!! So put in the comments that we wanted the sauce separately, they clearly read the comments as they sent a separate sauce!!
Didn?t send the large chips with the deal!! Called them, to hear the unprofessional arguments in the background about there being an option for sauce separately which there is not!! Then they send a small chips!
And as you can see a fresh donner meat! That looks like the shit out of the bottom of the tray! And half the amount of the original portion!
Staff have major attitude problems!!! And need a course in customer service! WILL NOT BE BACK AGAIN!!
You need to update your online website!! Clearly!! And the wait was also terrible! It?s quicker being served a three course meal in a restaurant than here!!
