“I was here today and I heard and saw a bald man talking to the manager very rudely. He was saying how the store wasn't good and they weren't trying hard. I thought this was very rude and nasty and it was loud so customers heard and some left because they didn't want to hear the bully. I have had bosses like this and it's a shame they are at charities. It is great store and they try very hard you can tell. I will be back”
