Beautifully decorated place with a nice atmosphere. Some outdoor seating and separate bar/restaurant seating areas. Menu is OK, fairly standard for a pub but taste was pretty good. Food was served piping hot by some very well presented waiting staff. Ample parking to the side of the building. Surprisingly, it was pretty quiet mid week when I went so would be nice to see it abit more lively. Overall would revisit and try some other things on the menu.

Fantastic Sunday lunch. Great quality of food with good, friendly service from the bar staff. One small improvement would be more gravy for the roast. Other than that was pleasantly surprised with this place.

So after booking a table here with family, I was a bit disappointed to find out they had stopped the carvery, but looked forward to the menu. Now we were placed in the conservatory which was nice but the tables that were put together were far too small for 6 people, definitely need a larger table in that area. The food was nice but not really alot for your money, service was slow for our table all evening to the point we were looking for someone to order more drinks. and waiting for dessert at the end was a joke if im honest ice creams and brownie took nearly 20 minutes to come out. Overall disappointed and probably will not return definitely room for improvement from the pub.
Parking: Parking is OK just a small car park if the pub is busy

We came for meal for our friends 94 birthday and were quite surprised by the quality of the food and the amount of food given. At fifteen pounds per person we didn't expect to have to share a bowl of vegetables between two people should we have not have had a bowl each for the price it says in the menu vegetables served with each meal? The staff are lovely but not much atmosphere as was nearly empty. Not good value for money in anyway and not much choice on a sunday. Disappointing experience for our friends special day

Great pub & atmosphere

Came here today and had booked for a large family group. Staff were tremendous, nothing was too much trouble. Very accomodating and patient with our very large group. Food was delicious and arrived quickly. We had a lovely time getting together with family from all over the world who all rated it highly. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely be back. (Big shout out to out waitress who's name I unfortunately didn't get.)
Kid-friendliness: Very accomodating to children amd especially to my picky eater.
