Experience soiled by the presence of a man in a dressing gown and no trousers, not challenged by staff!! Tried to avoid him as best as I could. Is this company living in an ethics vacuum? But of course it is, just look at their profit margin. Extraordinary as there were children in the store at the time. But hey, you know your place, just suck it up and do your bit for the 0.01 percent.

Would give 0 stars if possible. The slowest worst bureau ever. Every time I say I won't use it again but like a fool I do. Technical failure on arriving today. By the time back up and running 4 in front and 15 minutes later only one person served. Appalling.

Really good service. I have used twice for my son's school trip money and both times the staff gave me good advice and efficient, polite customer service. Would recommend.

Have used this shop for over 10 years after moving from Scotland always have a good selection of food clothes and other item?s even during Covid they always tried there best ???

Had a Breakfast here last week, I found the staff to be very polite and friendly, two in particular, "Kelly" and "Maxine" I wish there were more staff like these two, I will go back for the food and also atmosphere x

I can't get hold of anyone to speak to. My car was hit while in your car park & I want to ask if you've got CCTV as the person who damaged my car drove off without leaving a note on the car.

Just been to shop at Sainsbury?s in Hazel Grove. Stockport. The sanitation stations at the entrance to the store had no paper towel or sanitiser to clean the trolleys or the baskets. Asked at the customer service desk for some but non were forthcoming. The only towel and sanitiser spray was on the customer service counter. Even after we had shopped and was leaving the store there were still no sanitiser products for customers, only service counter staff. Glad to see that Sainsbury?s are looking after the safety of their customers.

If I could give zero I would. Very long wait. Rude staff. Terrible food. This place was so much better during lockdown. It was shut!!

Fantastic customer service this evening. My husband hadn?t got any change for the trolley, so the security guard called Nabin sorted out a trolley in a very polite & efficient way. Clive, my husband was really grateful, and this took the stress out of his shopping experience. This employee, Nabin certainly went the extra mile.

Always had a great hot & tasty breakfast at this Sainsbury?s Cafe. Typical breakfast cafe menu. All cooked hot to order so a very short edit but was worth it as piping hot. Enjoyed avocado on sourdough toast & partner had a full English fry up. Extra toast. Can?t understand the negative reviews as a regular it?s always clean & fresh. Cooked to order far better than piled up drying up under a hot plate that you get in other supermarket cafes.

I visited the Hazel Grove branch yesterday. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant. I underestimated my amount of shopping and was lumping around a basket and flowers etc! Two lovely members of staff, (sorry I didn?t get your names) assisted me and took my shopping, opened a check out so I didn?t have to wait and also asked another lovely male member of staff to help me to my car with my shopping.. what wonderful caring staff, thank you so much!

Staff in cafe don't listen. Went in Thursday ordered sausage on toast with both slices buttered, they only ever butter one slice, what I got was 2 toast buttered on both sides, complaint form filled in. Today had to go there as hungry and couldn't find another cafe open, ordered sausage on toast, got bacon on toast which is awful since they changed to taste the difference. Maybe a notice should be put up to warn people your staff are not trained to listen to the paying customer
