Would give 0 stars if possible. The slowest worst bureau ever. Every time I say I won't use it again but like a fool I do. Technical failure on arriving today. By the time back up and running 4 in front and 15 minutes later only one person served. Appalling.

Really good service. I have used twice for my son's school trip money and both times the staff gave me good advice and efficient, polite customer service. Would recommend.

Have used this shop for over 10 years after moving from Scotland always have a good selection of food clothes and other item?s even during Covid they always tried there best ???

Just been to shop at Sainsbury?s in Hazel Grove. Stockport. The sanitation stations at the entrance to the store had no paper towel or sanitiser to clean the trolleys or the baskets. Asked at the customer service desk for some but non were forthcoming. The only towel and sanitiser spray was on the customer service counter. Even after we had shopped and was leaving the store there were still no sanitiser products for customers, only service counter staff. Glad to see that Sainsbury?s are looking after the safety of their customers.

Fantastic customer service this evening. My husband hadn?t got any change for the trolley, so the security guard called Nabin sorted out a trolley in a very polite & efficient way. Clive, my husband was really grateful, and this took the stress out of his shopping experience. This employee, Nabin certainly went the extra mile.

I visited the Hazel Grove branch yesterday. I am currently 33 weeks pregnant. I underestimated my amount of shopping and was lumping around a basket and flowers etc! Two lovely members of staff, (sorry I didn?t get your names) assisted me and took my shopping, opened a check out so I didn?t have to wait and also asked another lovely male member of staff to help me to my car with my shopping.. what wonderful caring staff, thank you so much!

Staff in cafe don't listen. Went in Thursday ordered sausage on toast with both slices buttered, they only ever butter one slice, what I got was 2 toast buttered on both sides, complaint form filled in. Today had to go there as hungry and couldn't find another cafe open, ordered sausage on toast, got bacon on toast which is awful since they changed to taste the difference. Maybe a notice should be put up to warn people your staff are not trained to listen to the paying customer

The worldâ??s biggest shout out to Sainsburyâ??s hazel grove. Three weeks ago, I was in a coma and a friend had to get the police to kick my door in to rescue me. I was out for six days and came around having lost the ability to walk and covered in random injuries and having had an op. Normally Iâ??m a normally healthy woman
