Absolutely terrible shop service so slow items regularly missing if ready at all even a week after submitting. Even worse shop.open but no pharmacist so can't sell anything or issue prescriptions. No sign of pharmacist. Garbage

Convenient pharmacy which serves the local community. Gets busy quickly but as expected with being what it is. Staff always are happy to help with a smile.

Cannot speak highly enough about this pharmacy, the pharmacist goes above and beyond to help, advise and assist, all the staff are so helpful kind and friendly.

Not for the first time I and others have been kept waiting whilst one person serves and the other 3 or 4 staff are unconcerned of the massive queue going out of the door. The person in front of me had an issue and was waiting for the assistant to sort it out and 10 minutes later no one had come to help serve. I then walked out of the shop as the staff were too busy talking to serve the large queue. This isnt the first time this has happened to me, and quite a regular occurance i understand. This is the last straw, i will go elsewhere in future.
Ps, try answering your phone, i'm tired of trying to get an answer, another issue you seem to have problems with.

Lovely staff, no waiting around being told half hour to get a prescription sorted when it takes no longer than 5 minutes to put a prescription together fact. They have their priorities right and usually have most medication in stock unlike other chemists when they always say "tomorrow after 4pm" no take the script to another chemist like Rowlands or ring them first to check if they have it. They will do their utmost to help you.
