Listen to me, I am a badman, this food is great. I am honoured that you let badmans like me in here to eat. Safe.

I had an amazing experience at Blue Nile in Hazel Grove, Stockport. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, thanks to the staff who were incredibly friendly, well-mannered, and thoroughly professional. Their attention to detail and genuine hospitality made the evening all the more enjoyable.
And the food? absolutely incredible. Every dish was bursting with flavour, beautifully presented, and cooked to perfection. You can really tell the chefs are passionate about what they do.
Whether you?re popping in for a casual meal or planning something special, Blue Nile delivers quality in every sense. Highly recommend?and definitely coming back!

Although food was ok the service was poor. At 22:50 we was told the bar was closed. 11:00 the staff were vacuuming around our table, we were made to feel un welcomed. The bill was in excess of £100 and the complaints were dealt with no understanding or compassion.

We took a take away in this restaurant and the quality of the of the food was not good, my kids are suffering from stomach pains and me personally having loose stools because of this food. The quantity of the starter was very minimal for 8.50 pounds(malai tikka) just four piece of chicken breast. Very bad experience in terms of taste, quality and quantity of the starter. I do not recommend to have your food here as it is not quality enough.

The food was very nice but £8 for two chapati was a bit of a pi55 take and in turn that they lost out on a tip and returning customer.
It's the little things that make the difference.

I would normally give 5 stars however i came to celebrate my birthday with 5 friends who all ate off set price of &17.95 and we all had non alcohol drinks as driving. When the bill came we were non to happy that they had over charged us by £40 . A few pound anyone can make mistakes but &40!
It spoilt what would have been a great night as some of my friends had not been before and wont be returning. Be careful to check your bills would be my advice this goes to wherever you dine out.

Just average place now, very small portions since changed hands, staff nice and polite, just so expensive for a curry!

We have been regular customers to Blue Nike for a number of years, however we have noticed that the past couple of times a drop in general service.
Firstly we ordered a 1 egg omelette for our 9 month old, which the waiter took as part of the order and all seemed fine, until we got the bill. Bear in mind the bill was £200, we had been charged £10.95 for a 1 egg omelette! We challenged this and it took 3 attempts to get this decreased in the bill.
Secondly, there was 3 mains, with rice and sauces left over, we asked for this to be portioned up as takeaway. We came away with a third of the food we left, sauces were mixed in with rices and it ended up inedible once we got it home.
All this with a £200 bill.
I genuinely feel the service has gone down hill dramatically. This used to be our favourite restaurant, and we would save to visit, but with so many other places locally available we will be boycotting .

This is the best Indian restaurant I?ve ever been to in my life, I?ve been coming here from a young age with my family and I cannot bear the thought of going anywhere else for Indian food.
The service is impeccable, the staff really take the time to get to know you and are always so kind. They go above and beyond to make sure every visit is as enjoyable as it can be and they just get better and better each time you go. You don?t get service like this anymore so it is very refreshing to experience this!
Not one time have I or my family had any issues with the food, it is always top tier! My visits now are usually just with my boyfriend and we do get the same food every time (pictures included - I get the chicken tikka biriyani and he gets the balti lahori gosht). Both his and my family visit Blue Nile and we all love it so much!
I could honestly go on and on about this restaurant as it truly is my favourite place to go (my favourite time to visit being Valentine?s Day). I would like to say a massive thank you to all the Blue Nile staff for always making such a comfortable and fun environment every time we visit, you guys are the best and your food is to die for!!!

Great Curry, Eye-Watering Bill
The food was delicious, the staff were professional, and the atmosphere was nice?but for £75, (before tip) I was expecting a banquet, not a standard meal for two.
We had:
Poppadoms to share
A half lager each
A starter each
A main each
One rice, one chips
A Coke each
That?s it. No extravagant extras, no rounds of cocktails?just a solid but straightforward curry night.
While the quality was great, the price left a bit of a bitter aftertaste. Lovely place, but unless they've started serving gold-flaked naan, I might need a second job before coming back.
