This was my first and last time visiting this establishment today. My son and I went for some breakfast, him choosing a full english. The beans were very dry but what gave me cause to complain was that one of his sausages was pink in the middle so couldn?t be eaten. When I went to pay at the counter I was asked if everything was ok to which I replied no and explained about the sausage. The reply I got was ?oh right I?ll tell them?, no apology or offer of any recompense at all. Very bad customer service in my book and we will not be returning!

Visited the Tea Rooms today for the first time we had afternoon tea for Mother's Day which was really nice - the staff were really friendly and went out of their way to check everything was ok. The food was fresh and they adjusted the kids to suit them which they loved ?? I would definitely recommend this place it's well worth a visit.
