Had a facial with Alicia and it is the most relaxing experience and leaves your skin feeling wonderful. You get a neck, shoulder and head massage too which is divine! She has magic hands! Would highly recommend!

I have been a returning customer since just after Lily opened. The staff and treatments get better and better and I always look forward to my next treatment. Going to Lily's is always enjoyable, from arrival when you're offered a drink and made to feel welcome to your treatment (always exactly what I wanted - I never leave wishing I'd chosen a different nail colour or facial experience, etc.) to when I'm getting ready to leave and have my loyalty card stamped for a discount in the future. All of the staff are lovely and go out of their way to remember my name and ask about my children. It's like visiting friends. The salon is always clean and the treatment rooms are small havens of calm. The nail desks can be rowdy, but I am fairly certain that's just when I'm in...Services: Hair threading

I had the most amazing french facial massage done by Amy, I can honestly say if you go in there stressed you come out so relaxed and feeling ready for anything..I will be treating myself monthly and I was so impressed I bought 2 x gift vouchers for my daughter and sister in law so that they to can experience it..Amy also did my eyebrow wax as always to perfection..Definitely 10 out of 10 as always ...Services: Body waxing
