Another excellent meal had today in a warm and friendly pub. Pam and Rhian make you feel at home and very welcome. The food is always excellent, good value for money in picturesque surroundings. Well worth a visit.

Lovely pub food with a great outside area next to the canal. excellent service too particularly Callum, Mike Arron and Jenna. Callum was a great server and made us laugh.

Service was quick because we booked on the App, my husbands meal was ok other than steak a bit overdone. My meal was Hunters Chicken it came missing the grilled tomato and no pea pods but in place shrivelled up rocket (I took a photo but can't attach) I was not informed of this change. Also the chicken was dry a bit overcooked I grabbed a waitress mentioned it to her but nothing was done I was sat on table no 2. Nobody asked if my meal was OK.
To say I am dissappointed is an understatement, I will think twice before I eat here again and do not recommend.

Too expensive for what it is. Absolutely great barman though, sadly didn't get his name. Long hair, good banter, great knowledge of cocktails. Would have been 2 star if not for him

On the 3 of August 25 the kingfisher pub in Greenfield had a pop up market. Which I visited and was very pleasant.
The pub as greasy as they are though we will change our parking requirements on the 1 of August 25 and charge everyone that parks in the pub car park that visited the market £100 for parking .

Had a party of 22 here today for a gender reveal the food came out all together lovely and hot no miss haps or complaints which I think was pretty impressive, service was spot on as well, thanks guys!

Staying at Dovestone lodges and needed to eat. There were a number of pubs but being early Friday evening they were very busy and noisy. The Kingfisher was our choice as it had a good menu and was much less noisy.

Lovely food and prompt service could not fault it . Was served by Callum who is an absolute credit to the business, great customer service and very helpful and informative. Really went the extra mile and had great product knowledge!
