To say I've paid £12 for a large steak kebab with salad and received what I have is a joke. Little to no salad, no sauce... in all the years I've been ordering this has really disappointed me ... if I could post a picture ?

Yet again order was wrong paid over £10 for a kebab and chips no donner meat on kebab so got a standard chicken kebab
? take it nothing will be done or an offer of a 2nd chance to make up for it .

26th January 2024There has been a notable decline in the quality of Simpsons having ordered from here for several years.Over recent months the decline is evident with the food quality dropping off, the regular drivers appear to have moved on and the general service is of a much lower quality.Food has taken a sharp increase like most other outlets, but at the same time the quality is far below the standard normally delivered by Simpson's.Tonight was the final straw for us, ordered food at 18:50, accepted at 19:00 with the usual 30 minute expectation.Driver rocked up at 20:30 with stone cold food and NOT in a warm bag.Given the time and the food being inedible, it went straight in the bin.We won't return at this stage, it's starting to feel very much like the food could become a risk if it's sitting around on a car seat for 90 minutes whilst the drivers make multiple drop off's.I must say it's a shame to see an establishment fall down so rapidly from being a reliable, trusted and valued food provider over the years.

Simpson Fried Chicken offers some top-notch wings, but the shop's appearance and staff presentation could use a significant upgrade in cleanliness. Concerns about hygiene make dining here a bit uneasy. A thorough cleanup could easily elevate this spot to a solid 4-star establishment.

We have been regular customers but had the food tonight and it was awful the chicken wasn't crispy pizzas really greasy and the kebab meat was horrendous won't eat there
