My wife needs sensors to test her blood sugar. Ordered them over a week ago. Was told 2 days, went in, was told another 2 days, went back in was told at least another 4 days. Asked for prescription back because another pharmacy had them in stock and they refused. Told me to phone the doctors for a new prescription on a friday evening....

I attended the pharmacy yesterday to speak to the pharmacist about symptoms I have. The pharmacist was so helpful and thorough. Took my temperature and blood pressure and spent time talking me through my symptoms. Such good treatment and care, thank you. Rachel Walker.

I honestly thought this would be a better chemist as they are friendly the problem is the service is horrendous ive had major surgery and been messed around 3 times and my medication hasnt been ready, also been told lies that they have my medication in but they haven't, also when I was given my anti sickness tablets the label on the front stated' take 3 times a day for the pain'! What there anti sickness!!!
Soon as I am better I will be going else where

Only part prescription given,rest tomorrow,no time given,not available till 2pm when going next day,will ring,didn't ring and worse thing, wasn't any leaflet/instructions in box so looked up on line.Also a mix of different makers,some loose in box and others in sealed foil packet. On line said to be kept in dark cool place and ones in foil say not to be used after 30days of opening! No instructions given by pharmacist!! Very poor service.

Circumstances have meant I am currently visiting this chemist almost weekly having never been in before. All the staff are wonderful, polite and so incredibly helpful. I am really grateful to have such a great chemist by me

Recently renovated and new owners. Very kind staff, professional and respectful. Easy to order repeat prescription as it takes one call to the pharmacy and have it ordered.
I also had my flu jab administered here and no side effects.
Highly recommended for professionalism and trust.

I wasn't able to pick up some medication as it was out of stock.
The medication had been discontinued and so I was stuck. The pharmacy went above and beyond to help me find an alternative by phoning shops and checking suppliers.

Finally a pharmacy ran properly! Thid place was nothing but problems before late prescriptions,missing items,slow paste ext all this has now changed! Much quicker service, polite friendly staff

Shocking i was that long in the shop waiting for prescription my father in law had to come in to makesure i was ok. I was in there 20 mins before anyone even asked me what i required. And then once they got the medication the length of time it took to have it checked before issuing it to me was awful. This is not the first time ive experienced this and ive never left a review but i felt i needed to give my view on this occassion as the customers in the shop felt exactly how i felt
