They never answer the phone, and when they do they are rude. I have rang 60 times today and have had no answer. Very disrespectful

Shocking i was that long in the shop waiting for prescription my father in law had to come in to makesure i was ok. I was in there 20 mins before anyone even asked me what i required. And then once they got the medication the length of time it took to have it checked before issuing it to me was awful. This is not the first time ive experienced this and ive never left a review but i felt i needed to give my view on this occassion as the customers in the shop felt exactly how i felt

I?ve been going to Rowlands Pharmacy for years, and I?ve never had an issue. My prescriptions usually arrive quickly, and I?m informed via text when they are ready to collect. All the staff are great, and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Say there are going to delivery your prescription then don't turn up lie to you saying someone else picked your prescription up what a lie just don't send your prescription there not worth the stress.

The lady at the front desk is lovely, but trying to get through to this pharmacy is like trying to get blood from a brick. If they don't answer they eventually put the phone down on you, rarely have stock, things missing when they get delivered. Even the doctors next door say they're useless. Sort it out ?

Was better before Rowlands took over. Far too often my prescriptions are not ready in the specified time frame others are items missing. Do offer a text service where they will notify you when ready which has improved things but still have to wait longer than the system says. Staff are friendly and helpful but seem too overworked.

Useless and untrustworthy to order prescriptions, say they do it then don't bother, this of course you find out a week later when you phone them! Phone doctors to check and get informed they never requested it. It used to be good until asians took over, now its absolute garbage.
