“This evening I found a set of keys; car, home, work etc. near Junction 4 M61, including a Tesco Club Card. My call at 16:50, to Farnworth customer services was disappointingly unproductive - although there was no suggestion that I wanted the owners data. I later handed the keys to a gentleman (could have been a manager) at the store entrance, who responded positively to my concerns, and said he would try to inform the owner of the keys. Very pleasing customer service, to be commended!”

“Like this store must staff nice friendly but on lady mid 40s Is just miserable time she looked for another job clearly she not happy there but not seen the younger lad that was manger he was so good”

“I don't mind this Iceland, but I prefer to travel to the one on Manchester Road.The difference being , that this one has less choice and I find it to be a bit of a nightmare with the likes of parking.Then, having the items they promote, example - new ranges . They tend to only have a small percent of what's advertised and the larger one on Manchester Road is better, if you can drive there or get transport, if you are looking to get a particular item advertised via Iceland.”
