Visited Ian in August 2022 with plans for our bathrooms and what we wanted.Has a number of conversations and sent him the tiles we liked, picked cabinetry and shower screen etc so he could price for us.Anyway over the next month back and forward via email with cost and Ian waiting for installer, we were still keen to progress.Ian mentioned they would need to come and measure up, but I?ve heard nothing since at all.

Like some other reviewers my partner and I went to the showroom and discussed our needs in quite some detail. The guy we saw was very helpful and enthusiastic and we were promised a call on Monday (this was on a Saturday) to arrange a home visit that same week. We left both of our email addresses and my mobile number, yet here we are on the following Saturday and we?ve heard absolutely nothing; they clearly don?t want our business! One thing you want when you?re undertaking a fairly major project like a new bathroom is reliability; this was anything but!

Waste of my time and journey to go and see these guys,,,after going through everything we wanted and needed they say (no worries) will call you soon,, but don't... Thinking they might have lost my number I recontacted them to come and look at my bathroom to wheigh the job up,, hopefully a final price and start date...after getting back to me and turning up, inviting them into my home to look , thought great should have a new bathroom soon,first valued around £12 k(without looking)...was then expecting another call/text of which yet again never came.... Not good business in my eyes this ,dont waste your time,,GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.....ps got the same job done for £2 and half thousand less than was quoted of them.......

Simply brilliant! Worth every penny. Would recommend to anyone. We had a new bathroom installed recently. Mark produced a brilliant design that met our needs perfectly after visiting and discussing what we wanted. The installation team were outstanding with amazing attention to detail. Nothing was too much trouble. The end product exceeded all expectations.
