This store have rude staff, we got in 17:00 and asked for coffee, although staff members without asking, gave us take ways coffee, when we said to her we would stay in, she replied it?ll be cloes soon, but still had an hour time , we are so disappointed from this store

I love Costa. But this store consistently lets me down which disappoints me as I live so close.
They always burn the milk in the coffee or my latte ends up looking like a half filled cappuccino.
I fully recommend Costa in Trafford centre at the orient. Much nicer and they have baristas that know what they are doing.

A treat from me to me. I did notice that the staff were thin on the ground, but my server was very efficient and polite. He brought my coffee to where I was sitting, I use a walking stick and l have difficulty carrying cups of hot coffee. The area was clean and there was a faint hum as other customers were chatting. Overall, a most relaxing atmosphere to share with friends or simply by yourself.

Pros: lots of seating options from table for two to big group. Lots of coffee and other drinks options. Nice atmosphere and very welcoming staff.
Cons: Toilets weren't clean, which was a big problem for me with little kids.
Didn't have any food so can't comment on that.
Will go back but if toilets no better probably won't go a 3rd time.

Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. A good range of drinks and food. Staff are friendly and helpful. It can be busy at times but the service is good.

Too many doing work on laptops and taking up too much room. Americano coffee is poor quality. Sent you an email 2 weeks ago about my rewards. Not heard from you. Apart from all that we enjoy costa!

Absolutely fine for a coffee and cake. Plenty of seating and clean toilets.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair ramp at front and accessible toilets.

Extremely poor service. We were completely ignored by both staff.One never looked us in the eye and continued brewing coffee. How easy to say, "I'll be with you as soon as I can." He didn't have the courtesy.The other decided it was more important for him to make a phone call.This branch really does need to focus on customer service training.

I had a bit of a nightmare with my voucher not working yesterday, I?ve been coming here almost daily for the past couple of years. Daniel who was working at the time reassured me that he?d help out, shown kindness to me and offered to help. Absolutely great member of staff, always really friendly and is a big reason many customers come to this particular cafe on the high street. Thanks Daniel
