Visited specifically for the cafe, absolutely terrible unacceptable waiting time, insufficient staff with majority young and inexperienced. Would we visit again? Extremely doubtful

Emma on the fresh cooked food counter is so lovely! I went in for some items for my mum earlier today and she was so helpful and kind! I'm sure she is just a sweet person and because of her I will go back again. Working with the public is hard and yet this lady has been there years and is still amazing with everyone. Great store and staff

We are regular customers at Morrisons in Dukinfield. We have just been in purchasing our food for Christmas and must report it was a very positive experience. The store looked very festive and welcoming, the food was all well displayed and easy to find. At the checkout there was a lady helping customers to find the best till for paying.Thank you all the staff.

Popped into after visiting the crematorium,went for a coffee in the brew cafe, what absolute little gem, all made special by the lovely Liz on the counter, no rush (which I love,hate being rushed) had a black coffee Liz explained that if we buy a toasty the coffee was free, watched Liz talk to regular customers, took her time the the elderly talking to them ,helping them we phone payments Liz makes the cafe what it is .

Went to cafe at 9 o'clock for breakfast. 3x breakfast, 2 x coffee 1 x zero coke. Staff very slow .. they didn't know about wether our coffee were brought to table as they changing their minds. I large breakfast came out and the girl said they forgot the tomatoes and will bring it after.. Small breakfast came with no bacon ,tomato and no toast. 3rd breakfast had more items missing.. not a good experience.. nobody knew what they were doing.

Ok but too many multibuy offers. In one I saw it was cheaper to buy 2 than 1 on its own. This is encouraging wasteSeems to be getting expensiveStill expensive but the Carling offer today 28/10/22 was excellentStill expensive and not enough staff on tillsAn improvement with staff on tills

Alot of elderly shoppers here... Plus a lot of older people treating the car park like an airport car park just dumping their bernardmobiles on non spaces especially next to the garden hut outside when they have 100s of disabled spots readily available and this is not being dealt with by Morrison's. Also the self serve staff are normally extremely rude and make up their own rules depending on the member of staff. I absolutely hate coming to this specific Morrison's always something in the air here.Also I have been regularly told by snotty staff with attitudes that I can't make purchases at the customer service counter, however I have spoken to head office who have confirmed this is unnaceptable so just proves your staff are lying.AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE AS THERE IS ONE HERE.

Prices are far to high, between now and January prices always go up because people are stocking up for Christmas. Rip off supermarket.

Handy for shopping as I live quite near. Would be nice if they locked the back gate at night and cleaned up all the litter that gets dumped at the back of prospect rd/ Harold avenue.

Called at the customer service counter for a refund. A member of the management team was too busy to deal with me as he was already on a call. Once the call finished, he totally ignored me, and walked off. Customer Service has died here!!!
