Pharmacist Mariam was extremely helpful today. My wife had a UTI and the Pharmacist had a telephone consultation with her on the pharmacy first service and provided the much needed antibiotics. Great Service.

Most of the staff are brilliant but the women with the dark hair who's just been promoted I think is the rudest person I have ever spoken to in my 50 years ,they have a sign saying treat us with respect it should works both ways. Think she's in the wrong job no people skills properly make a good traffic warden

Never encountered such a useless pharmacy. They will always ask you if you have received a text saying it?s ready despite the fact they can never be bothered to send one. You then turn up three hours later only to be grilled with 20 questions before being told it won?t be ready until tomorrow and you can?t have it today, despite it being insomnia medication. If I was happy to wait until tomorrow I would, but it being insomnia medication means another sleepless night. The place should just be shut down and Tesco should stick to selling food.

Appalling attitude of 1 member of staff. No need to bite head off when was asked why we wasn't texted to say prescription was ready. Also sign now up on counter to say if you want your prescription before 5 days go to another pharmacy. Nice one Tesco. Every little helps. Not in Droylsden pharmacy spoilt by one persons rudeness. Never had an issue before

Booked flu jab here only to come in and get told I haven't booked. Also very slow, minimum wait time 20minsUpdate: they took down my details promising to call and reschedule. No call in 4 days. What is your plan on how to handle my data & privacy?

Very sketchy service, maybe need more staff to take the pressure off as they are not functioning efficiently which is a shame as they used to be brilliant. One member of staff is consistently rude unfortunately, which lets down the other staff who are polite and friendly in what seems to be a difficult working environment. Please give them the extra staff they need to do their job efficiently. ?

Phoned for medicine for my son and she was very rude on the phone saying it would take up to 2 weeks for my 5 year old to get his medicine then tried to make out it was my doctors fault for boots closing down also saying you can't come here in her words so rude I won't be using this chemist again
