Went here today to pick up a book and I think the lady was called Phil who helped me, she was so lovely and gave great recommendations, she even gave me a lovely bookmark for free that she?d made herself. How cute! Such good service. The prices are so good for books. Love this branch always tidy and stocked up. The staffs always so nice but Phil went above and beyond today!

I love popping in to see what crafting supplies I can pick up. Considering it's such a small shop there's a good range of stock at competitive prices. The staff are really friendly and helpful too. I just wish the shop was a bit bigger.

Cannot begin to express my gratitude firstly for this place to give me such recognition and appreciation for my work.I was singled out for my art much so that I was accepted for a temporary job placement during the Christmas period.Not only is it obvious that the whole team are just wonderful to be around but I have to make a personal shout out to Lynn and Jennie for their constant devotion and determination to the store/job, not only for just the shop floor but for the staff even the staff room, amalgamations of pictures and anecdotes on doors for mental health to whoever may be feeling struggled within the work place. It truly is a breathe of fresh air.Never have I ever felt more settled in a work environment and had to make this shout out wherever I could.This store deserves so much, don't hesitate visit today guys.??????

Cheap and cheerful generalb interest, books, stationery and miscellaneous hobbies and craft shop. Very good value. Lots of low price books for many interest. A good practical range of artist supplies.

I just go WILD for The Works! I go there to buy discount stationary and books about trains. I can spend HOURS going wild in the aisles. All the stores are great but there's something about the Denton branch that really toasts my crumpets. I think it's the position of the storefront with its inviting glass finish that allows all the natural light to playfully dance over the Jeremy Clarkson autobiographies. Safe to say, I'll be popping by again come payday.
