Greta customer service. I accidentally ordered the wrong size trainers for my son but the young lady behind the till was so helpful, she exchanged them for me , no hassle and the young lad who assisted me with my son was very polite.

My order was dispatched on 28/12 and I have not received. I have just spoken to a JD member and they have said it has been returned back to warehouse. How on earth is this possible. I have not been in contact or received notification it has been returned and on tracking it clearly states it is dispatched and nothing about it has been returned. This was for a birthday present this week to which you have ruined. How have you managed to mess this up. This is not my fault you forgot to scan the parcel in the store. This is not good enough and I want an explanation to this and want my parcel to me right now. I will be in touch with Daily Mail to inform them about my experience and take things further. This is absolutely disgraceful .
