Things have changed, their adult shoes have increased in price dramatically.
I used to buy my shoes for work religiously, but won't pay close to £100 for non-designer shoes

Got these shoes for my 5 year old not even a month later the laces have failed and meridith won?t fix or replace the shoes even with proof of purchase poor customer services for a £50 pair of shoes had to call customer services waste 40 mins of my life on hold to them for them to tell the staff to offer me a refund/swap as it?s a defect on the shoe? Why did it take for that to happen to sort the issue out? Poor customer service

Awful! Twice we have already had odd size shoes from this store.
We measured up at the start of the summer holidays for my daughter. She was a 12F up from 11F, we tried on 12F in the store.
They were put away over the holiday and we have gone to put them on this morning for school!
they are 13.5 G, too big and too wide.
£50 down the drain and I won?t be returning to this store. Staff are clueless.

Lovely staff, nothing too much of a problem. The young lady that served myself and my foster son with SEND was excellent with him and I did not feel rushed. I also had to pop back as I thought I'd lost something and the lady that looked around for it even went onto her hands and knees to see if it had rolled under the shoe rack!

Went to this place with my daughter the young assistant didn?t really know what she was doing she don?t test the shoes on my daughter feet properly and had her walking in just one shoe and said you can always put insoles in now why would you do that if the shoe fits properly I just got up and walked out with my daughter I won?t be going back there

Went to this branch as we had heard they were good with SEND children. We had a very young assistant, but she was excellent with our grandson. Will definitely go again even though it is not our local Clarks store.

Bought some walking style boots for work but needed to return , as they were too hot in the environment, they let me choose a shoe style which are really comfortable.Helpful and polite . Always go to clarks as they are well made and last years gor me.

Purchased childrens sandals but changed mind after purchasing as they were not comfortable. The manager of the shop, Nicky? was so professionaland obliging! I was given a full refund and reassured and advised about future purchases and what to look for in suitable styles. Thank you!
