Called in to see if they could replace a pad that had fallen off the glasses. Was seen to in a timely manner and wasn't charged. Great service.

Great experience here with pharmacists Greg and Karen who we saw on several occasions to get travel jabs. They were really friendly, knowledgeable and organised, helping us to plan our schedule of vaccines and making sure that they had all the correct jabs in stock for us. Thank you ?

Tried to do a return from an online order. Staff were not helpful at all and just advised to call boots online as the purchase was made there despite me returning online orders previously. Made no effort whatsoever to try and help resolve the situation and it was very much a ?computer says no? approach.

Popped in for a few bits, and ended up grabbing loads of really great offers. I go in Denton Boots all the time, and always find all the staff polite, professional and helpful.
I work in the public domain, so know how difficult it is trying to please everyone, and be in, and do multiple things at the same time. If staff are running around,
it's not that they don't want to assist you, they are actually dealing with other issues we may not be aware of. The staff work very hard, and under pressure, and I don't think it is appropriate to take sneak pictures of them or post them without their consent.

Collecting an order, just 1 person at the till with a customer who's order has gone missing and the worker didn't have a clue how to help them. Then after 5 minutes another worker comes along and takes my order number. Rather than just grabbing my order which was behind them, they then decide to assist the other worker and keep me waiting even longer for something that eventually took only 20 seconds. No commonsense between either of the 2 staff.

The gentleman in the perfume isle (I don?t know his name) was a breath of fresh air and helped me to pick my perfume. His knowledge on scents was exceptional. He definitely deserves a pay raise. ??

Regarding the pharmacy service - it seems very slow and disorganised in comparison to smaller independent pharmacies. I?ve used them for over a year and I?m thinking of changing.
