I needed a lovely cut and colour for my holiday on 7th Jan. The cut is nothing like I wanted! It now looks like a mullet four weeks later and the colour is nowhere to be seen. I contacted Alyssa who did it and she's not interested in putting it right. I'm now having to pay again to have it done again. £240 in four weeks... read full comment
