Bought a Denon Hi-fi online. It developed a fault within the 2 Year Warranty Period. I called J.L tech support who said it was reported within the Warranty Period and that I should return to my nearest Store (Cheadle - Manchester) where they would arrange a repair. They refused to accept it and told me there was nothing they could do. Asked to speak to a Manager (Gavin) who was rude and accused me of lying, he did this infront of other customers. He said I should take responsibility for this error. I went to the store C.S who called online Tech Support who said they SHOULD accept it and that I had done everything correctly. They again refused to accept it, saying their system wouldn't allow it. They said I should deal with this myself with Denon. I have complained to John Lewis who don't seem to be bothered and are not taking this seriously. I made a 120 mile round trip and 4 hours in store trying to sort this. I would seriously consider before buying electrical items from J.L, they don't seem to honor warranties and their Customer Services are no where near as good as they used to be and don't take your complaints seriously and therefore don't seem to value your Custom - Avoid
