No acknowledgment when I walked in .Both had heads down. Shop empty. I actually had to say? excuse me to get attention .I had screaming sick toddler in car. All I wanted was calpol. Can?t sell it between1-2 when pharmacist out. The note on wall says? no prescriptions between 1-2 which I completely understand but this is an over the count medicine you can buy at any supermarket.Haven?t been here for years, it?ll be longer before I?m here again.

Rubbish chemists,got loads of staff but not one can pick up the phone. You can ring for ages,but nobody answers. When you walk round,they are all having a chin wag and NOBODY in the shop!. When you do get your prescriptions,there is usually some missing.Worst chemists ever.

Staff don't appear to have learnt how to answer the phone. I had to try there on a Saturday morning because my local chemist was closed. After trying for the best part of an hour, I walked there which was about 25 minutes and they didn't have what I wanted. I tried the phone while I was there and staff blatantly ignored it. I tried ringing again this morning, again no answer. I wasn't going to waste my time again, so went elsewhere.

We switched chemists due to lots of problems at old one. Scorah?s are very helpful and the pharmacist is really experienced. We switched 6 months ago and not a single issue whereas was constant at our old pharmacy.

If I could rate zero stars I would! Tried to order allergy milk for my 9 week old baby, the staff were extremely rude! I asked her the price of the milk and she tutted at me and very rudely told me to wait a minute before transferring me to someone else! I will not be using this pharmacy again!

Refused to do my girlfriends medication pack because she has to many meds according to them its not like they are being asked to do something that isn't in a chemist job description so it seems like utter lazyness , I'm sure a chemist is supposed to make peoples prescriptions and make sure they have the right medication imagine if Dr's were the same and decided they won't see patients with too many problems /illnesses

Staff are always Happy & Ready to Help you with whatever is on your mind..Pharmacist Sam is a Fantastic, Friendly Man- Goes out of his way to make sure your Happy..Answer all your questions/concerns..Put Ur Mind at Rest..The Ladies behind the scenes are Pure Angels??I have my medication?Delivered by Scorahs-Cheadle?Drivers are always Happy with a Good morning/Afternoon Smile..Fantastic Chemist..Will even Drop me something off from out of the Shop if needed & there Delivering to me?I'm gonna be devastated Not to be using them when I move after Christmas?Will miss them all???ABSOLUTE DIAMONDS EACH & EVERYONE OF THEM???????? IN EVERYWAY THEY CAN..STAY SAFE ALL??TAKE CARE ??
