I have just been at travel money point in Sainsbury?s Cheadle. I am absolutely disappointed because I was overcharged for changing money (on your website is a different rate than at counter which is not fair with customers). The lady at the counter wasn?t helpful at all, she didn?t hear what I said, what I want. Definitely somebody should supervise her there, she shouldn?t be her own because I could clearly see she can?t sort any problem out.
