Always keen to help with queries etc. Personable too! I'm on a LOT of changeable meds and it gets complicated. Pharmacy One are my third pharmacist and I won't be moving while I live here!

Just I have been in the pharmacy todaystaff are not friendly she was so rude with attitude and there is no need to be rude just I asked can I have my prescription because I park my car in the wrong place and she answered me with attitude and rudeshe was answering me back With Attitude even I wasn?t talking with herthere is no need to be rude I am just a customer20/12/22

Great service. I was struggling to get an appointment at the GP and I spoke to the pharmacist about my symptoms. He suggested an off the counter remedy, which just happen to fix the problem.

Great Service and extremely helpful! I urgently needed some Travel Vaccines for a long trip abroad. The pharmacist made time to call me back to consult me through what Vaccines I would need and booked me in a accelerated course so they would all be done in time.The lady who administered the jabs was really friendly and made me feel at ease even though I hate needles.Would 100% recommend if you need access to travel vaccinations quickly.

Mr Manager, your service is not as good as it used to be when we joined for regular medicines. Very punctual and good service when we joined for repeat medicines. Now service is going down the hill, either medicine missing or not delivering on time. When you call them, there is always an excuse ie surgery has made a mistake or not updated their record. If we have to call you every few weeks for missing or delayed medicines then what's the point of using your service.

My doctors are very slow and often forget to do my prescription but this pharmacy is the best one I've been to and they are on top of chasing them up and message when my prescription is ready and are all very friendly and empathetic. No complaints from me at all. Recently moved and they said I can stay with them as my nominated. Would recommend this pharmacy
