Filthy facilities, changing rooms are very out dated and I often find the showers and sauna to be dirty, recently cancelled my membership due to the gym, pool and showers being very unhygienic, staff are extremely unhelpful and dismissive of offering basic service, changed to The Village, far better!

My kids attend Stockport Swimming Club here on a Tuesday night from 630pm. A lovely, friendly swimming club catering for any age and ability.

Visited as a couple with our toddler and left very disappointed. Booked online prior to our visit under ?General Swim? hoping to use the small pool. Nowhere obvious did it state the small pool would be out of use for swimming lessons meaning we were turned away as we attempted to enter the pool. Only option was the main pool which had been reduced to two lanes width for what felt like a lot of people, felt cramped and unsafe at times. Changing rooms need some TLC; showers easily blocked, floor throughout soaked and parent and baby changing room didn?t even have a lock so we had to use an awful smelling nappy bin to block the door! Would choose other LL sites over this.

My son arrived early for his swimming class, but he was only sent in halfway through, missing a significant part of the session. When I raised this concern, the staff member responded unprofessionally and tried to convince me I was wrong about the timing. This is unacceptable. I expect better organization and respectful communication in the future.

I would like to express my gratitude to the swimming pool and its amazing coaches. The quality of instruction is exceptional, and I?ve seen significant progress in my daughter?s swimming skills.
I am especially thankful to her coach, Leyton, who has been incredibly understanding and patient with my daughter, who has autism. Leyton?s ability to adapt to her specific needs and create a supportive environment has been invaluable. It?s rare to find someone who is so dedicated and compassionate, and I truly appreciate everything she has done to make my daughter feel comfortable and confident in the water.
Thank you to the entire team for their hard work and dedication. We are so grateful for this wonderful experience!

Recently had their gym refurbished, with brand new equipment put in, and the let out of the gym changes so it?s zoned more effectively. Brilliant machines and lovely staff, worth getting a membership here.

The show situation is a disgrace. The two family showers have been closed for more than six weeks. Of the four remaining showers, the door catch on one has broken for weeks and last week another shower went out of action. That leaves only 2 showers in full use. Something must be done!

Great little gym, has plenty of equipment for it's size. Shower pressure in the gym can be hit and miss (being upstairs probably doesn't help) however the showers in the pool section are great. Plenty of parking and located quite near to local bus routes.

Cameron is the most amazing swimming instructor. He has a beautiful bond with my daughter and has been the only person who has successfully taught her! She has Down?s syndrome and low muscle tone but he has not let this get in the way of her success! He is a wonderful man!

Gym is great and has a great weight room, however some of the PTs are very arrogant and self centred and believe their workout matters more than other peoples, sometimes shouting at kids just trying to workout.
