I booked an appointment at 8 30 am
Turned to the appointment at 8.20 am to be told by a receptionist that was more sleepy than awake, that we are not open yet, I said, Shall I wait outside in the car and you let me when you are ready ?! HE said yes it is fine.
8.40 , no one is coming forward, I go in, to find a different guy, looks like a technician, who tells me, I can do it at 10.30 as you missed your appointment !!!
Without even an apology and with very dismissive manner.
I call their central customer service, to have a lady telling me it was my mistake to not have stayed in or walked in earlier and now they have to respect the 9 am appointment and delay me for 2 hours !! And they think that is sensible
Won't ever use their services .
Not in Cheadle not anywhere ..

Totally ignorant, arrived on time, but had to wait for a long time to just leave the car with them. The wheel has a bad vibration on 60mph and above, which it was better before I left the car here. I'm not sure if they had done the right job with wheel balance. The alloys were left dirty as well as you can see.
I do not recommend them at all.

Hospital to visit my wife stage 4 cancer
And had a stroke I cannot believe hthe
Kindness of kwik fit repaired and no
Charge How many company's would do
That If I could give 100 stars kwik fit

Took my Volvo V60 Polestar in for wheel alignment, a rare car which they found no problem on the Hunter equipment. The service was friendly and efficient. A technician showed me the wheel alignment on the monitor in the waiting room, and the specs were within tolerances. No realignment was required so there was no charge. They could have ripped me off, but didn?t. Recommended.

Excellent customer service from Megan and the team, didn?t have my exact tyres in stock that I wanted however they gave me a competitive quote on alternative brand, helped me alignment too! Couldn?t ask for any better! Thanks guys, see you again when I?m need of another set of tyres!

Mr Ian Parkinson, the manager, helped me, with a beautiful smile on his face, from start to finish, on the first day, and even when I returned a day later for a printed invoice, he was still a smiling gentleman, and gave me the print out. Keep it up Ian, your whole approach is a very good example of an excellent manager, delivering very good customer service while working under pressure!

Awful and extremely rude! My son had a screw in the centre of his tyre which he asked to be repaired (pre booked). They told him the tyres were close to the legal limits so they recomended fitting 2 new tyres. He asked for Michelins to match with the rear tyres. They only had Pirelli tyres in stock at £360 which were £50 more than ordering Michelins on line. They should have repaired the puncture and allowed him to order the Michelins for fitting when they arrived. I spoke to a very rude man in the garage and asked him not to fit Pirelli's who hung up on me. I rang back and asked to speak to the manager who was not available. The lady on reception (Megan?) had a similar attitude and raised her voice was also argumentative. They put his tyres back on with the screw still in the tyre.
Nice one Kwik fit...We have four cars which you won't be fitting tyres too in future.
This sort of bullying attitude by garages I thought was a thing of the past. They have allowed a car to be back on the road with a screw in tyre. We have booked in at ATS Euromaster Bredbury!
If the manager reads this - your staff need training on customer service as I don't expect to be spoken to in this way.
I would not recommend using Kwik Fit Cheadle!

Coming down the motorway and had a blowout, AA took me to Kwik fit at my request, it was nearly closing time but they managed to squeeze me in and get me on my way! Great service and price!

Could do with a bit more training with customer relations.. especially when staff came in shouting and bawling when I was in the reception area..not good!
