UNIMPORTANT...(ME)
There was no communication from this company so I was left to contact them due to the delay of the carpet I'd ordered.
Literally, it took ages for it to arrive, with excuse after excuse on problems that shouldn't concern me.
Working on Corporate Business Events I meet many business people over any one month. All negative information will be passed on to them. Carpet fitters will also be my ally....
Hopefully they'll be stung for thousands...

Had them out about 9 weeks ago. Explained to the man when he measured up we will be living in the property at the time. They then turned up and had an issue we were living in the property. They said it would be a 1 day job the lads who came did maybe 3 hours most of it they were out in the van or on their phones. We rang the store and told we?d have to wait for the rest of the flooring to be done waited about two weeks. Paid £1800 was poor service,poor management and the carpets weren?t installed properly lots of grippers sticking through. Lino was loose. Had them come back maybe a week later to ?correct it? has not been corrected carpet is lifting from areas as is Lino. We complained to manger but nothing was done. Was also told on arrival of fitters I had to pay an additional £500 which of course I did not. Seems like they just wanted more money. I have messaged them a week ago but no response as not happy paying so much money for a shoddy service.

Recently placed two seperate orders for carpets. Staff were extremely helpful in guiding me to my final choices within my budgets. Fitting was both timely and helpful in light of other works being undertaken. Fitters very polite, considerate and efficient leaving areas clean after fitting. We have had rugs made from left over carpet that we are happy with also. Would highly recommend and intend to go back for our next carpet. Thank you 5 * service with a smile.
