The house sale concerned was a probate sale for a property with planning permission for a considerable extension/ transformation. My sister and I moved to Snowden Wilkinson after three months with a ?traditional? estate agent, which had not achieved a single viewing...
We were immediately impressed with the friendly and personal approach, and in particular the proposed marketing strategy that was far from traditional, combining that of an estate agent and a creative/ design studio/ agency (the feel that you also get when in the office). The team and environment were always warm, friendly and welcoming.
The innovative marketing encompassed not only an excellent aerial view from drone footage, but also included an excellent CGI view from the road of the finished/ building/ project and an even more impressive 3 dimensional model/ walkthrough with full 360 degrees movement. This included the complete project and its plot, including the proposed annex, and ground and first floor walk-throughs.
All the viewers/ buyers had been properly screened and were fully aware of both the existing property and the planned potential, and a sale achieved relatively quickly with perfect buyers.

We chose Snowden Wilkinson Estate Agents to sell our house after having quotes from themselves and their nearby competitor. Josh spent an hour explaining the process to us and he even provided some information on a house we were interested in viewing. The competitor?s visit lasted ten minutes.
The photos and video provided by Josh were excellent and made our house look really impressive, so much so we?d had a number of viewings in the first few days and subsequently three offers around and above the asking price.
The rest of the team were also very professional and Madison and Lucy obviously did a great job in showing the potential buyers round the house and helped us successfully complete the sale.

Having bought and sold a few places previously, I wish I had used Snowden Wilkinson earlier than I did. Unlike other agents, they offer sensible advice and let you make the decisions. The images of the property and the marketing were first class, and the staff work together as a team to get you moving with the least stress possible.
