Incredibly rude staff with absolutely no customer service. Spoke to me and other customers like I was dirt on the bottom of their shoe. Will avoid at all costs!

Asked for a cheese salad sandwich with branston pickle got a flat sandwich with hardly anything in it minimum branston, one slice of cheese and hardly any salad all for £4.30. I was asked if I want to put my own salt and pepper, I always have to ask for a napkin, everyone pulls Thier face and I was handed a sandwich which wasn't even in a paper bag the other day, I am starting to think that it's just me.

I just have to say how lovely and helpful the ladies were this morning! I ordered large pies for a family gathering tomorrow, and l had a phone call to say the pies hadn't been ordered! However they came to the rescue and went over and above customer care! A switch fron a meat and potato to a beef pie and to smaller pies and thankfully a cheese and onion pie was already in situe. The car smelt heavenly, it was all l could do not to dive in and eat one! Many thanks to all in the shop, you're stars who saved the day!

Absolutely discusting that it cost £6 something for two bloody pie's, it's outrageous that each pie cost more than £3 per pie,, how the hell do you survive on those ridiculous prices ?

I ordered a balloon birthday cake, the lady at Cheadle Greenhalgh?s was very helpful and the cake was beautiful and tasted even better. I will certainly use them again for celebration cakes.

found a hair in my tuna sandwich and no one was wearing a mask in the pandemic. also the staff are very rude plus it is pricey for quality of food you get. won't be going there again.

Absolutely appalling!!! Got 2 sausage & bacon sandwiches & one sausage sandwich this morning, they were disgusting!!!! My husband asked the lady for soft bacon, she said she would try her best!!! Instead she put over cooked hard bacon on!!!! Service was very poor & lady not customer friendly!!!! If u don?t like your job don?t be there!!!! Won?t be going again. Used to love breakfast from there.

Just visited Greenhaigh's in Cheadle and cannot believe during a pandemic staff are NOT wearing masks and talking right over all the food they are serving -the majority of which is ready to eat!I got potato cakes but will not let my family eat them unless toasted.I asked the lady why are they not wearing masks when constantly talking over the food and she replied 'We haven't been told to!' Are we not all individually morally responsible to prevent the virus from spreading??If we all waited to be told to do something blatantly obvious in this pandemic we do not stand a chance of getting the infection rates down.PLEASE EVERYBODY SERVING FOOD -WEAR MASKS AND DO NOT TALK OVER UNCOVERED FOOD!!! I am shocked Greenhalgh's do not have such basic measures in place.

Tasty, traditional bakers pie and cakes shop. Very nice although a little pricey.
