Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough for wheelchairs ?? as are the disabled toilet when they are available. Disabled toilets are used by anyone. No radar key needed

A lot of background noise. Many of the tables needed clearing and cleaning. We had to move cups and plates before sitting down at our table. I wonder if they have thought about allowing customers to self clear when they have finished?

I've been going here for many years staff come and go which isn't good ? the new manager is bone idle when busy he disappeared , doesn't interact with staff and definitely not the customers,, the staff work very hard always try to have a smile well till this manager started the whole atmosphere isn't very good of late you really need to get rid of this lazy manager ,, your going to lose a lot of customers,,, and your beautiful staff will leave as a ex manager I always treated my staff with respect , I wouldn't ask them to do anything I wouldn't myself

I?ve been coming to this costa for a number of years and I?ve always had amazing service from the great staff who work there. However on this occasion I was shocked and appalled at the manager working there and his treatment of the 2 girls that day. He was incredibly rude and had 0 people skills towards his staff, who as I say always do a brilliant job.

Excellent trip to a recently refurbished Costa. Excellent service, friendly staff and well looked after shop. Only downside was the size of the vegan rock. Is it just me or have they have in size with little change to the price?

Really nice and new coffee house. Staff were helpful and friendly. They even toasted my choice of food that doesn?t ordinarily get toasted. So accommodating
