The worst manicure I ever had! Nails look dirty, nail gel polish uneven. Horrible! Very disappointed. I had to file my naked myself after treatment, it was so badly filled. Made my nails look terrible. Cried my eyes out..Answering to Owner!I have never complained about red shades. I had a curtain red shade in mind before treatment and just wondered there were only 3 red-red shades. We talked nicely with specialist and she told me I wasn?t the first one who asked for more red shades prior to upcoming Christmas. And specialist told me she said she would ask her manager to add new shades. No complaints or disagreements whatsoever.And I didn?t came back for manicure treatment until yesterday. So why do you tell me I picked my nail with red polish?? It is a clear lie.As per massage treatment. I have a curtain appointment time 13:30. I came on time and waited for 10 minutes not 1. We started at 13:50 and the treatment ended at 14:50. Also I was confused about a treatment length as email confirmation said it was 1 hour 30 minutes. And I have to pick up my child from school at 15:00. So if my treatment starts later than 13:30 I?m going to be late for pick up. That?s why I asked how long the treatment is. Nobody says anything about waiting time. That?s why I have to ask. I do have other arrangements and obligations.As per yesterday?s so called manicure treatment.First of all I never waved or did anything to the specialist face. I was acting calm and tried to explain my vision, how I want my nails to look like. If a client desire for your award winning salon is a complaint, I have nothing to say.I came with clear nails and uneven nail surface. I expect a nail specialist to see the imperfections and make it look better. I pay for the knowledge and professionalism. I?m not a nail specialist, I have no idea what to do with it. I bring myself to the salon and ready for my nails to be treated properly.Nobody asked me to put out my headphones.I asked to shorten my nail on half of a length. And because the specialist made the shape as a triangle, I asked to make it even and now a have to nail length left.I had to finish the nail myself at home, there was subungual tissue left there.Yes, the surface of the nails is uneven. But there is a procedure called a nail plate alignment, which a manicure specialist must know.All the tears I had home. Of course I?m not gonna cause a scene in the salon.I am in deep shock of everything you have said here. 100% a lie. I was never rude to any specialist. I may sometime cannot understand what they ask and tell me. I?m not an English native speaker. And this is clearly an example of a discrimination. Discrimination for not understanding the language, discrimination for trying to understand what time the treatment starts when appointment time is passed. Discrimination for being honest.And if you have decided to ban me from your salon I expect a money return not just for my gift card but also for this poor manicure treatment. Because now I have to remake it.
