Poor staff management. Whenever i come to collect an order as a delivery driver i have to wait for 15 to 20 minutes. Its understandable if this happens 2,3 times . But unfortunately its not the case . All the time the order is not ready. I am observing this for 5 to 6 months. Whoever the manager is please have a look at this issue and have a talk with the staff. It's not appropriate.

Quite often call in here for top up shopping . I wanted to give a shout out to a very hard working young lady called Charlotte who was on the till yesterday and was also trying to help everyone in the self service checkouts which were playing up big time ! She was totally on her own in this area and was trying to keep everyone happy with a smile on her face too ! I'm not sure why nobody was helping her as filling up shelves isn't as important as serving customers so priorities need to be addressed here ! Well done Charlotte though for coping admirably.

I?ve bought coffee from the machine at the entrance 3 times now, and every time the milk has been off!! Lumps of it inside my coffee and tasted awful (of course). I think it?s not being cleaned properly.

Went in to have a look at vases, saw they where basic and was either pricey or boring, as i was walking out, the lady with the hobble legs when she walks, came up to me as i was leaving and said in a rude manner ? are you going to pay for that?? Like ive stolen a bag of stuff? So i showed her the contents of my bag. It was filled with charity shop goodies that i PAYED for! She soon backed off. Anyways they judge you and are pretty rude

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at your Cheadle Hulme store just then!
After filling a trolley with food and other items, I was informed by a long-time staff member, Sue, that no staffed tills were available, and customers were required to use self-service. This approach is unacceptable, especially for those with large trolleys or who rely on staff support.
As a long-time customer who previously praised this store, I am deeply dissatisfied with the lack of consideration for customer convenience. This experience has caused me to reconsider shopping at Asda altogether.
I hope you address this issue promptly to improve the shopping experience for your customers.
