I went in the employees didn?t speak a word of English the shop was full of kids throwing food and drinks everywhere the hygiene was disgraceful they cross contaminated food. They put wrong food on my sub just a disgrace and careless and to top it off they forgot to give me my chips

These menu boards can be confusing as your waiting them to change to next screen. I do perfer a printed out menu so I can sit down and decide what to get.

Very poor hygiene. Using same gloves to touch meat, cookies, screen literally everything. I would not ever come here again. Didn't order in the end.

I ordered my food on the app and went to collect it, it was already done and waiting for me! I don?t know his name but every time he makes my subs he does a great job he does it absolutely perfect every time! Hes a young lad with glasses! I hope you see this review because you?re really good at making subs! I absolutely loved the one I had today I wanted to order another I loved it that much lol. Thank you so much :)

Food was good and arrived earlier than normal but they put way too much sauce and cheese onto the ham salad I ordered, to the point it became sickly to eat. Rest of the food was good but wouldn't pay a fiver for that salad again ?

Brought the new steak foot long one, hardly toasted, no cheese, salad thrown on with no precision?. Probably one of the worst subways I?ve ever had, you probably need better sandwich makers!! Won?t be visiting again

I was I the brunch on Broadway waited in line, asked if I could order at the counter I was probably told to use the machines. Unfortunately I was a cash customer machines do not accept cash as a disabled man in my 50s who is dyslexic and unable to read the machines properly, so I had no breakfast no food, out of embarrassment, having to leave the store empty-handed and then going to McDonald?s a bit further up the road. I think subway needs to encourage their stuff to provide a far better customer service, not all people are able or willing to use the machines provided very unhappy customer

Just went in to buy sandwiches and was greated by ordering machines. I asked if I could orderer at the counter (shop was empty) told no I had to use the machine. Found it very confusing and walked out. Seriously is service so difficult? I won't be using this shop again.
