When I arrived at Kwik fit Chadderton, the service I received was very professional. The young man that repaired my tyre was very efficient and very polite. He told me the price before starting the job which I think is very reasonable. If needed I will always rely on KWIK FIT. Thanks for you service.

Decent job by the technicians but the guy behind the counter really needs to enrol onto a customer service course and learn not to be so argumentative. Instead of investigating and cleaning a mark left on the driver's seat after an MOT, he became argumentative and confrontational. Instead of calling your customer a liar and making blanket assumptions, try being objective, well-reasoned and polite. Won't be coming back here again.

100 minutes on a 2nd appointment visit (where the tyres on our fleet car was already checked and verified during the 1st visit) to fit 2 tyres.

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish first time taking my car can honestly say Tom was absolutely amazing!! Talked me through everything and how bad my tires actually was but once he sorted everything felt so safe driving the car amazing this man needs a promotion!! He?s a credit to the branch

Excellent, friendly and professional staff who looked after me and my car very well indeed. I had new tyres fitted to brand new alloy wheels and the care taken was above and beyond my expectations.

I had a tyre issue and was a bit stressed but Cameron completely turned my day around. He was not only incredibly efficient with the tyre replacement, but also so friendly and full of jokes ? his positive attitude really stood out. It?s rare to meet someone who?s so professional yet easygoing at the same time. He made the whole experience quick, smooth and actually enjoyable. Big thanks to Cameron for the top-notch service!
