I usually enjoy shopping at Home Bargains, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. The staff member I dealt with a rhinoceros of a woman was unprofessional, unhelpful, and made the whole experience unpleasant. There was no basic customer service no greeting, no eye contact, and when I asked for help, I was met with attitude and indifference. Just because you was hiding in isle 4 from your manager. Just to eat crisps dont mean you shouldn't be doing your job moti. I'd recommended you stop sneaking snacks from the business before the place goes bankrupt.
If this is the standard of service now, I?ll be thinking twice before returning. I hope management addresses these issues and ensures staff are properly trained in basic courtesy and customer support.

Some of the staff behave with an attitude as if they?re doing you a favour, which is quite disappointing. I asked one of the Asian women about a product, and she dismissively said she didn?t know?no effort to help at all. The overall attitude felt rude and lazy, which was honestly embarrassing for a store like this.
