OK supermarket but the lad serving on the tills on a Sunday afternoon could do with a smack about the head for just being unneccesarily rude when it was so quiet. Please and thank you always helps.

Got delivery from here went in asked if delivery is ready got spoken so rudely .The over weight mess tells me to go stand near the door for delivery ,like i work for him.So i asked how long do you think it will take to get ready ,it will be ready when it's ready the staff said in a very rude way. The staff need firing especially the over weight one I thought he was going eat me ,he looked hungry. Won't be visiting this co op anytime soon. Very disappointing i love co op

We're to start as a local person I am always ordering on Uber eats or Just eats yes the shop is probably 5 minutes away but I get great deals online savings me money I have probably ordered every week for this shop over the last 6 months majority of the time I get everything I ordered now and again I might have a replacement sent but in the last few months I am always missing orders yes I can contact Uber eats or Just eats I fully understand the items might be out of stock so they can change it or refund it but I have had just gone down to the shop because I have had a enough because I just placed a new order I call up the shop to ask if the stock was in stock got yes so I placed my order and it got refund so I called got told it was out of stock which was a lie because in person I just seen the items in the shop sorry to say the customer service is shocking and misleading so yes I will get a refund but I have just paid for Delivery fee for know point and probably got 10% of the order don't forget the cost of living impacting at the moment you would think the staff would be happy to help me out anyway I am finished order online the pandemic Is over now plus I don't enjoy the services anymore of for example Uber eats or Just eats unfortunately the restaurant or companies can't keep up with the demand to be honest in my opinion there is always a issue like your food is cold and late or it is missing plus you can never speak to anyone about the matter these days there is know phone number it is normally a email address or online chat the GPS location is never working correctly or the delivery code is POINTLESS normally you take a picture of proof required for delivery ?? and you have to wait a week to get a reply for the customer service who is a AI robot or in a different country with a different times zones and culture this is Definitely! a Blessing in disguise because I am going to stop ordering because it is not worth the hustle anymore.

Don't put things as available on Uber eats that you do not have in store. Check your stock levels before saying that they are available on Uber eats.Really silly when half the items get cancelled because they don't have them, but then they won't cancel the order so that you can go somewhere else.

Got a delivery from deliveroo from here. 2 bottles of 2 litre cokes were missing. We had to isolate due to returning back from holiday and having no mixer for our gin was quite annoying especially on New year's eve. Won't be bothering to order from them again.

This shop regularly shuts during open hours to "restock" leaving customers waiting outside or forced to go elsewhere. Even when they are open they leave customers queuing while they are restocking or doing uber orders. Some staff are rude and ignorant rather chat to each other on headsets than even acknowledge customers.
