I?ve used Butler Green pharmacy for a while and I won?t go to any other the pharmacy now. To start with I was greeted in a friendly manner. It was quite a busy time that I attended the pharmacy and I was asked politely to just wait a few moments before I could be seen. Ruth, the pharmacist was wonderful. She was able to advise me on the best course of treatment and she couldn?t do more to help me. Thank you !

Lovley service wasnt waiting long at-all, one of the pharmacist was even havin a laugh with me as i arrived near closing and i know this can be annoying but he was great with me so thanks for that ????

I've consistently had a hard time reaching this pharmacy by phone. Calls often go unanswered, or I'm put on hold for an extended period without anyone picking up. This makes it really difficult to ask queries I have and made me quite anxious Reliable phone communication is important, especially for a pharmacy, and unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue so I have had to try another pharmacy now.

I experienced an excessive wait before my prescription was filled. During this time the staff was unhelpful and did not communicate clearly about the delay. This lack of communication and extended waiting time caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience, particularly given that prescriptions often relate to urgent health needs.
I respect the important work that pharmacists do, but I believe the level of service I experienced fell short of what patients should expect. I kindly request that this matter be reviewed and that measures be taken to ensure better communication with patients and more efficient service in the future. Customer service clearly needs work and manners.

Unfortunately, I had a poor experience at Butler Green Pharmacy. The pharmacist was quite rude and dismissive, which left me feeling uncomfortable and not properly listened to. Customer service really needs improvement.

Been coming to the pharmacy for a long time and putting up with the time it takes to get my prescription. They now want 5 days from when they receive it from the doctors and the doctors take 2 days, so now from ordering to receiving it takes 7 days wow. Well not anymore after the trouble I had the other day I told my doctors to send it to asda chadderton, and wow yes wow I was ready next day sooooo easy. What more.....

I have only recently started using this pharmacy as I have sadly hit an age where I need blood pressure tablets.What I would like to say is?? the young lady who works front of house, interacting with customers is brilliant. She is extremely friendly, remembers customers names and from what I have gathered comes in for a lot of flack. She has fabulous resilience and handle?s situations with a pleasant manner, friendliness and humour.This young lady is a credit to your pharmacy and should be commended for her customer service.

AMAZING AND VERY FRIENDLY PEOPLE/STAFF but they are lacking organisational skills extremely badly. Very unorganised.1. They don't let people know when the medications are available to pick up or deliver. Most of the pharmacies do let people know by a text message or call.2. If you have more than one Items and pick up one, they won't have a clue about the other items and you?ll have to go back again to pick up other items. They keep them separately even if for same person or the households.3. They have no clue if they have medications for the same households. Don't keep them together and have to look around.4. They don't order prescriptions from the GPs whereas other pharmacies do.I cant go to other pharmacy as there isn?t one nearby to plus I have unlicensed medication which not available in all pharmacies.

Never really had any problems with this pharmacy however, they've really p*ssed me off today.As we all know, the NHS are struggling, like many other organisations. However, in order to take pressure of A&E, we are always advised to contact our local pharmacy, are we not?!So, I have been struggling with my ears recently (never had any issues previously), so, I thought I would contact my local chemist to see what steps I should take before forking out £70 for earwax removal.I started phoning at 14.38pm. 22 calls later, still, NO answer, I decide to physically go to Butler Green pharmacy. I stood in the shop whilst I continued phoning. Surprise, surprise, I can hear the phone clearly ringing, but still no asnwer.....lovely lady serving customers as expected, however, the other staff who are dispensing surely should just answer the call, especially knowing the phone is ringing continuously for 15 minutes!! Granted, my issue is definitely non-urgent. But, what has really grinded my gears is that I could have been an individual phoning up with a simple query which could have turned out to be urgent and needed advising to go to A&E.I mentioned to the lady serving that I had been phoning to which she said 'well I've been answering the phone non-stop so I must've missed you'. Nope, that doesn't wash with me. It isn't just down to her to answer the phone. There are numerous staff members in that shop that should answer the phone. Absolutely ridiculous.P.s, I have worked in a very busy hospital pharmacy, I know we can all be busy. However, answering telephone queries is part of the role and is usually specified on role specification.I will be reporting this, as there may be little old dears in the future who innocently try to do the right thing by phoning this pharmacy for advice and may actually need urgent help and they probably won't get an answer. Telephone queries are just as important as over the counter prescription/services. Well, they was in the pharmacy I worked at anyway!Edit* Also, when I entered the pharmacy, there was only myself, and 2 other ladies (one waiting for prescription to be dispensed and another just browsing). I do not class this as busy. Granted, there will have been more work ongoing in the dispensing area, however, still no excuse!

Easily the worst chemist I know of, takes 45mins to get a prescription I?ve been twice and waited this long, will not be using going forward. Spoke to others who use this one and they said the same so I?m not the only one

I knew their was a manufacturing issue regarding my tablet and was told there was limited availability. I called into the pharmacy to enquire as to whether they had any and they confirmed that they did and I told them I would collect it after my doctor's appointment and this was performed as I requested.
