Horrible shop. Every time I have ordered delivery, something was missing. Last time they haven't refunded the money for missing items which was £8.54.. Never going to order again from this supermarket.

Visited today about 12-1 to have a photo picture cake done for a funeral and the young lad who served me in the In store bakery was just brilliant .. so helpful , picking the picture , the cake and really friendly ? he was just so well mannered and cares about it looked Helping me choose the printed frame around it also..

My husband and I are in our 8os and disabled. We did quite a big shop, trolley full. When we went to pay on tills my husband realised he had forgotten his wallet. An assistant came to help us, Shakira. She couldn't have been more helpful. She said she would keep the trolley safe until we came back, even put the frozen items back in the freezer. When we came back she gave us our trolley and retrieved the fridge items so we didn't have to shop again. She went out of the way to help us. Very useful member of staff and so caring. I hadn't been to Asda in over 20 years, but today I went with a friend. We came to the checkout and I paid with my debit card which didn't go through straight away, the till woman snatched my card out of my hand and tried it herself, it then worked. She banged my card against the machine and forcefully gave me my card back. Sorry but it'll be another 20 years before I go there again

I wasn?t happy with how the shop looked, the drinks fridge was a mess and wasn?t faced, trollies was not filled and the Staff were very rude, we asked where a certain item was placed and the worker told us to ask someone else? already uncomfortable from my experience I went to the self-checkouts where the area was not clean. If I had the choice would?ve rated it 0 stars

ordered groceries and i had ordered a quantity of 7 of an item yet none turned up, called store and they can not confirm if they had it in stock or not yet offer no help or alternative, lady got so rude at the end and hung up the phone. beforehand could hear the colleagues laugh at the situation before passing it off to eachother even have the order number to show and proof of no item given. absolutely horrible should have asked for a name to report the person speaking

Absolutely fuming!!! I ordered one meal and they didn't send the meat or the garlic bread and they reused to also refund my missing items!!! Never will I order again.
