Purchased a power bank and lead16/04/25 for £49. It has never worked. Assistant asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no. She didn?t say if you say no, you are waiving your consumer rights to return faulty goods. I live over 4 miles away so didn?t manage to get back in till 25/6 when I was sold a different plug for £14 as it was thought this was the problem. It wasn?t. I need this desperately for a trip abroad tomorrow and shop won?t budge without a receipt so £63 down the drain. I showed the assistant a screenshot of the transaction on my Bank account. Their stance goes against the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If it?s Vodafone?s policy to not give out receipts, surely they must accept copy Bank statements. I left power bank with them as it?s neither use nor ornament! Very poor customer service

Complete waste of time.
Local customer, came down to the shop as I have always dealt with. Shown what had been sent on text and showed the app basket, sorry we can?t do that in store. No wonder shops are closing I went in to try and support keeping shops open.

Went for sim activation, paid for parking as the shopping centre does not offer free parking for customers then operator asked for bank card for Sim activation. Ridiculous. Waste of time! ??

I met a person who I don't think had much experience. He didn't know how to answer any of my questions because he couldn't find any of the information I asked for in the computer. He didn't manage to solve my request either. I did it at home from the application on my phone, after he told me that it can't be solved until my contract expires.

Sorted my broadband out in about 30 minutes. Staff very helpful. I'm up and running with it now and very pleased with it. Thankyou in the shop and Vodafone.
