Visited bury store re broadband upgrade and discuss issues with account .staff member showed no interest in helping deal with the issue.felt like I was a nuisance.will go elsewhere.

Purchased a power bank and lead16/04/25 for £49. It has never worked. Assistant asked me if I wanted a receipt and I said no. She didn’t say if you say no, you are waiving your consumer rights to return faulty goods.
