First visit to Vision Express, Bury. I received a very pleasant greeting from a very professional lady called Winnie. Took me through the whole process and introduced me to the optician. All examinations completed in a very professional way, with each step explained.
Taken back to Winnie to choose my new glasses and again, everything was clearly explained. Very competitive prices on the glasses I decided on, and given clear guidance on delivery. Very professional service throughout and I felt valued and supported throughout my visit.

Very disappointed with my recent visit that was booked for a post-op check-up following a cataract operation. Poor service and optician was clueless what to do as not received the paperwork from the hospital . Also tried to sell me new glasses despite not completing the relevant checks and also tried to get me to pay for an additional scan to check for Glaucoma and macular degeneration despite me previously being diagnosed with both by Vision Express and already under the care of the eye hospital.

Many thanks to Dean for another extremely professional eye test. I have been going to opticians in various towns since childhood, the all round experience at Vision Express in Bury is by far the best that I have ever experienced.
