Amazing customer service from start to finish. Dealt with Lloyd for the purchase of our new car. Lloyd was friendly, helpful and informative throughout the process and was always genuinely happy to help and advise us. Disorganised and lacking customer care:
Call centre booked me in on wrong day.
I only found this out when I called to ensure the dealership would be coming to collect.
Dealership didn?t know whether vehicle was to be serviced?on its? service visit. They called me to check once they had the car. They tried to over-charge me compared to what I was quoted on the phone. Returned vehicle to me with the ?service due? warning still showing every time ignition was turned on. (I specifically asked if this had been sorted before I let them return the car!) They had to collect it again to remedy this on a different day. Manager refused to leave me a car that I could use for that day whilst they corrected their error. Poor customer service and lacking professionalism at every turn.

Don't trust their pre-sale check on used cars. Reported a broken centre seat belt receiver which is a staggering £400 to replace and was broekn before i bought the car. Understandably i don't check the rear middle seat bels when i buy a car. Took a few months before someone sat there and found it broken. Clearly been trapped behind the seat when being used by the garage as a demo (bad design in itself). The garage even sent me the photo atatched from their pre-check when you can CLEARLY 'not' see the middle seat belt holder in position, likley already trapped (and broken) under the seat. Then tired to tell me this proved it was OK and me a liar. Shokcing response and service. I personally wouldn't even use them for an oil change in future let alone a new car. Nice service for a £130k car.

I gave a 1 as the staff were helpful and my car had a good clean, however I wasn't happy with a (visual they said) health check that was done and the repairs and quotes that was said was needed. For eg said I needed 2x new tyres, one had 2xnails and was unrepairable, I took it to tyre shop. 1 had 1 nail was repaired other tyre was fine. Said my back break pipes needed replacing corroded, it was surface rust and there was nothing wrong with my suspension, They quoted me over £3000 for the work. It had its mot at a garage i use and passed with no advisories. £20 to fix my tyre.

We are extremely happy following our purchase from Jack at Vertu Land Rover Bolton. As we are not local to this dealership, Jack was able to provide information and videos of the vehicle we bought with ease, also resolving our queries efficiently. The car was then delivered hassle free and we are thrilled with our purchase!
